Last June, our teams experienced one of those months that mark a missionary’s life. From June 6 to 17, a Youth Campaign took place in Madagascar. Nine evangelists, divided into three teams, proclaimed a daily message primarily aimed at the children of Antananarivo. This large-scale campaign was born out of a strong vision and was entirely driven by the initiative of Rachel and Jesse, who work hand in hand with us on a daily basis.
One mission. Two goals.
On site, their objective was twofold. It was, of course, to bring the Gospel to Malagasy youth, but also to raise up and equip a new generation of leaders—men and women capable, in turn, of organizing and leading this kind of large-scale strategic mission in the field.
The challenge was significant, but the Holy Spirit showed up. Indeed, we were able to proclaim the Gospel 84 times in strategic locations across the city. In total:
🗣️ 23,232 people encountered us and heard the Gospel,
🙌🏼 16,014 made the decision to follow Christ,
❤️🩹 and 116 healings were recorded.
In addition, 5 missionaries were trained and are now able to lead a team in this kind of initiative. Throughout the campaign, the existing leaders invested their experience into the lives of these new leaders. They coached them in the field, passing on values and strategic keys.
Jesus captures the hearts of an entire generation
Imagine the scene: in the city center, 2,000 teenagers gather in a square. Under the impulse and coordination of our team, these children so loved by God and carrying a destiny find themselves listening attentively to the Gospel.

In the midst of this immense human crowd, the atmosphere literally froze as we began to speak. No complicated speeches, just an authentic sharing about the importance of making the right choices and building one’s life on the love of Jesus. The Holy Spirit took over with all His power. In an instant, several hundred hands were raised together toward the sky to entrust their future to God.
From glaucoma to healing
Sometimes the Gospel spreads in large gatherings, but Jesus also stops for the individual in the midst of the crowd.

This is exactly what happened when a young girl came forward to our team members. After the message and a prayer for healing, she approached us and sincerely shared that she had serious eye problems. She described her symptoms and the constant discomfort that suggested glaucoma… We simply prayed in the name of Jesus, and heaven’s answer came immediately.
Right after the prayer, she realized she could now see perfectly. No more discomfort, no more pain—her vision was completely clear and restored. Realizing that Jesus had touched her eyes in this way, right there in the street, filled her with joy. This healing made it possible to proclaim to the entire neighborhood that Christ is alive.
For a lasting impact
But the beauty of this mission also lies in what happens after the street teams leave. We don’t want to make a quick visit; we want to build for the long term. That is why Yannick and Maike have moved to Madagascar and are staying there with their two daughters.
Their hearts burn to have a lasting impact on this nation. Sent by their local church and settled as a family on the ground, they are able to act in a sustainable way. This allows them to meet more young people, share the Gospel with them, and continue connecting with local structures so that this revival can take deep root. It is a strong and beautiful commitment, and we are so proud to walk alongside them in this family and missionary journey.

The Kingdom is advancing. To Jesus be the glory !
When we look at the final report of this campaign, we feel truly small. Who can open doors that once seemed closed? Raise up and equip leaders ready to lead harvests all around the world? Or transform hearts and the whole body? Jesus—and Him alone. All honor belongs to Him.
Finally, a huge thank you to the entire team for their leadership, to every team member and every family for their total commitment in the field, and an immense thank you to each of you who pray, give, and make our missions possible. This eternal fruit is the result of our unity and our work together.
The fire has been ignited, and we are not planning to stop there. Keep your eyes wide open: our next mission on site is already planned for September, with the upcoming launch of the Jesus Camp and new Youth Campaigns. Get ready—the best is yet to come!
